Jupiter is the fifth planet from the Sun and the largest planet within the Solar System. The composition of Jupiter is 75% hydrogen and 25% helium by mass, with traces of ammonia, water and methane. Near the core, hydrogen ionizes under the extreme pressure, but the temperature is not high enough for nuclear fusion.
